Return Policy

At we strive to keep every client extremely happy and coming back for further business. We make sure that your order is printed according to specifications and is in excellent quality that our returning loyal customers expect. We feel you will love our work, or we will make it right. We want you to feel 100% comfortable doing business with our team.

We also understand that printing is not always perfect, and in the rare occurrence that you receive a defective order, we will quickly investigate and reprint your order.

What you should do when you receive a product that is perceived to have defects:
1. Notify us by emailing within 72 hours of your receipt of the items, or the claim will be denied. Our helpful Customer Service Representatives will take the details of your order and assign a Ticket Number for investigation. They may ask for photos of the product as you have received them.

2. A member of our staff will contact you to provide resolution to the problem. If upon investigation we determine that we made an error, we will reprint it.

We reserve the right to request that 100% of the items be returned to us prior to reprinting at their own expense within 20 business days of when the order was originally received.
