What you should do when you receive a product that is perceived to have defects:
1. Notify us by emailing Returns@printspal.com within 72 hours of your receipt of the items, or the claim will be denied. Our helpful Customer Service Representatives will take the details of your order and assign a Ticket Number for investigation. They may ask for photos of the product as you have received them.
2. A member of our staff will contact you to provide resolution to the problem. If upon investigation we determine that we made an error, we will reprint it.
We reserve the right to request that 100% of the items be returned to us prior to reprinting at their own expense within 20 business days of when the order was originally received.
