Wondering what your customers feel about your products or services? Receive valuable customer feedback with customer experience cards!

You can create the cards in any way you\'d like. You can have postcards printed and keep them at the cash wrap or customer table along with pens so customers may fill them out and leave them behind. If you don\'t want your employees to have access to customers\' comments or if the comment cards will leave room for customer contact information, leave them beside a box with an opening just wide enough to insert the cards.

You can even receive customer comments by email or via your website. Just be sure to print the relevant contact information on customer receipts or on company business cards so customers can get in touch easily.
