As we run this print company, we are lucky to love what we do. We love to pull a project from the start to the finish; from the first uploaded template to the final print run. There is an odd satisfaction to see a print order fresh from the press. We love to ship out an order and know we are contributing to our customers' companies; that maybe what we print today will turn into real, live business for them tomorrow.

Being a print company in the digital age, we would have to love it. Pundits and industry voices constantly chime in that 'Print is dead,' though we do not see it that way. As we write this post, we are only too aware that digital media is here to stay; and for good reason. Though we see equally good reason for print.

WHAT IS THE POINT OF PRINT?

Print is tactile, print is real, and there is an absolute value in being able to feel the weight of something in your hands. Touching and holding business cards, for instance, seeing the colors and design up close, feeling the texture of the paper, these elements all contribute to an experience that cannot be replicated on your smartphone or computer.

Print is memorable in special thanks to that unique tactility. In sending out a coupon on postcards versus an email, people remember holding the postcard, perhaps they stuck it to their refrigerator, then they saw your postcard several times a day until the day they decide to use it. That one postcard now accounts for several impressions that an email sitting dormant in an inbox cannot duplicate.

Print is simple in a way that makes it universal, and if you have ever attempted to read a digital copy of a magazine you know what we mean. Compare the experience of reading copy on a screen compared to reading brochures or booklets or magazines in print. That simple experience, minus the bells and whistles, is something only achieved through the printed word.

Finally, print is enduring, and we will continue to be your print company, helping you along the way for whatever project you need. For starters, explore our design galleries on Pinterest, and for the latest news, industry trends, and coupons, visit our Facebook and Twitter campaigns.
